Licence service privacy

Mikomi LTD uses your name, email address and purchase record to provide your ChaosBuzz licence, account recovery and support. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.

Activation stores your canonical shop domain, shop base path and installation identity. It does not send your shop customers, posts, comments or sales data to this service.

Essential secure cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. IP addresses are used transiently for security checks and stored as keyed hashes in short-lived rate counters. Server access logs may record network addresses; reset credentials stay out of URLs sent to the server.

Purchase and licence records are retained while needed to fulfil your entitlement and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Contact office@themikomi.co.uk for access, correction or deletion requests; deleting an account can affect licence recovery.

The final marketplace offer defines support terms. This service does not collect card information or phone numbers.
